Jami's March 2011

Doesn't this lovely group of bookworms look well fed and entertained...Thanks Jami for a fun night with delicious food and conversation :)
Kona Grill Salmon
INGREDIENTS
4- 8 ounce filets of fresh salmon        
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 pound Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbl Minced Garlic
1/2 Tbl Minced Ginger
1/4 Bunch Chopped Cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper the salmon filets and Grill to desired temperature.
  • In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and mix well until all brown sugar has been dissolved.
  • Transfer the mixture from the bowl into a sauté pan and heat the sauce to a simmer.
  • Once the salmon is done cooking apply the sauce in the pan to both sides.
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes.
